When you are logged into your account, select the "Add Hours" button on the top of your screen or find the "Track Hours" in your drop down near your initials.

When you see the first box that asks if these hours are in response to an opportunity you responded to, please leave it at the defaulted “Yes” because you either responded to an opportunity on our site, or the opportunity you are currently involved in was imported for you. Then click on the opportunity box and select the appropriate opportunity from the dropdown box. You will only see those opportunities to which you are assigned. See the illustrations below.
Next, enter the date and hours you volunteered. You may include your commuting time in your volunteer hours. Select the user group that most closely aligns with the opportunity you are entering hours for (for example: Pantry helper, Food Pantry; Personal Shopper, Personal Shopper).
In the box that asks for the client name, please enter the client. Submit one entry for each client separately. Client names only need to be entered for Friendly Visitors, Personal Shoppers or Cooking Companions. For all other hour entries, enter N/A. Then click "Submit Hour Entry" to record your time.
