My profile basic information is updated. What's next?
Once you've updated your basic profile information, you will now need to enter all of your qualifications for volunteering. Qualifications include signing all the waivers and permissions. If you are accepting a volunteer position as a driver who may put clients in your car, you must also provide your driver's license, insurance information, vehicle registration, and inspection sticker date. When qualifications expire, you will be notified. See step 4 below for instructions on how to check for expired qualifications and how to update them. 1. Log on to our website https://jfcs.galaxydigital.com/
2. Click on your initials (or your profile picture if you've set one up) in the top right hand corner of your screen. In the dropdown box that appears, select "Qualifications".
3. After the page loads, you will see a list of incomplete qualifications. There are a few different types:
Some you will need to click on to sign waivers:
Others you will need to upload corresponding documentation. This is important for all driving requirements. You only need to upload auto information if you will be driving clients in your car. This includes programs such as transportation, Patient Partners, Friendly Visitors, and Take the Wheel.
At the bottom, you will need to submit all your qualifications. You can also check which qualifications are completed at the bottom of the page.
4. To update qualifications that have expired, follow steps 1 & 2 above. Scroll to the bottom of the qualifications screen to look for those items that have expired. Use the edit pencil at the far right to change expiration dates and upload new documents.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLICK SUBMIT QUALIFICATIONS OR YOUR NEW DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE SAVED.
When you click "Respond" to an opportunity or an event and you see "Incomplete Qualifications," please fill them out and click on "Submit Qualifications." Your response will NOT be submitted or recorded until after your qualifications have been approved. Once you are notified that your qualifications are approved, you may then return to the opportunity or event that you are interested in and then "Respond" to that opportunity.
