Responsible for oversight of current activities, policies, and fee structure. Reviews expansion possibilities, policy changes, staff productivity criteria and recommends changes, if any, to the full Board. Collaborates with committee members and JFCS staff to review projects and process improvement innovations. Represents the JFCS Older Adult Services department in the community and supports outreach efforts as applicable.
